I have spent years researching the keys to heath and wellness. As a young Maori woman my family was involved in some of the traditional customs and healing techniques. What I have learned is that the keys to longevity lie not with science but with the fundamentals of integrated movement patterns , food and lifestyle choices. Our modern life is less than 50 years old but our bodies haven't evolved for thousands of years. My grass roots approach to health and fitness is a mirror of these ancient movement patterns as well as a series of breathing and mobilisation techniques that oxygenate and revitalise the body on a cellular level. 

I have been passionately involved in the fitness industry since 2003 and have personally helped hundreds of people achieve total health and well-being.
